RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

REFUND POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and would like to receive a refund, you can return the product within 5 business days of receiving it. The returned item must be completely new and unworn.

If you have a return inquiry, please write to us at web@gracies.com.co, remember to include your order number and the reason you wish to return your product. Our customer service team will be in charge of your case and will guide you step by step on what you should do.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that are not completely new, in their original packaging, in unsellable condition, or returned outside of the 5-day return policy. If you wish to have the product returned to you, we may ask you to cover the shipping costs.

It takes 5 business days for a refund to be processed once the returned item is received at our facility.

We will contact you as soon as we receive your returned items. Once the returned item is approved, we will refund your original payment.

Shipping costs for such returns must be fully covered by the customer.

No gift cards are refundable.

 

GUARANTEE POLICY

All products come with a 60-day warranty from the date of purchase.

If the garment you purchased shows any quality or suitability issues, and all care and washing instructions have been followed, and the warranty period has not expired, you can file your warranty request through your sales advisor or contact our customer service at web@gracies.com.co or +57 301 623 2646.

To exercise the right to a warranty exchange, products must meet the following requirements:

  • The garment must be clean.
  • There must be no signs of chemical or bleach use.
  • The garment must not be faded.
  • The garment must not be damaged by improper use or washing that does not follow the care instructions. For example, mixing a white garment with colored items or soaking a garment that has been dyed

Please note: The lifespan of each garment depends on how well it is cared for. Products damaged by normal wear or that have exceeded their reasonable lifespan will not be replaced.

EXCHANGE POLICY

You can exchange a product for a different size or color without any issues within 30 calendar days of purchase.

To exercise the right to exchange, products must meet the following requirements:

  • The garment must be unworn.
  • All tags must be attached.
  • The garment must be clean.
  • There must be no traces of deodorant or makeup.
  • There must be no signs of chemical or bleach use.
  • The garment must not be faded.
  • If an exchange is not possible, a credit note will be issued for future purchases.

Your product DOES NOT meet the criteria of our exchange and warranty policy if:

  • The product has been modified or altered from its original state.
  • The garment is damaged by use or washing.
