GIFT CARD POLICY

1. The gift card or gift card is a bearer document representing the face value expressed on the card in U.S. dollars.

2. It is not a security, it is a support for the advance payment of a sum of money as a price or part of the price for the purchase of products, up to the amount indicated on the card and during the term of validity of the same.

3. The gift card can be redeemed totally or partially up to its nominal value, in the Gracies virtual store, by showing the gift card.

4. The value of the card cannot be redeemed for cash.

5. If the products to be purchased are of greater value than the value represented on the gift card, the excess must be covered by any of the following means of payment: debit card or credit card. If the products are of lesser value, the balance will be available for a next purchase, until the expiration date of the gift card.

6. The gift card is valid for one year from the date of activation, which is indicated on the date of purchase of the card. If the total value is not used within its validity, the balance will be lost and in no case will there be a refund of your money.

7. Partial redemption of the card does not entitle the cardholder to a refund of the cash balance, nor does it suspend, renew or extend its validity.

8. It cannot be used to pay or credit credits or to acquire another gift card.

9. It is a bearer document. The responsibility of use and custody corresponds exclusively to its holder. It will not be replaced in case of loss or destruction. GRACIES S.A.S. is not responsible for the theft, loss, deterioration or adulteration of the gift card.

10. Discounts do not apply to purchase gift cards.
