Once your order is completed, GRACIES will request personal and commercial information from you.

This information will be verified with our payment provider.

We reserve the right to carry out all necessary checks after each purchase to ensure the security and traceability of each transaction.

All payments made on our website are encrypted, and your card data is not stored or visible to us or any of our employees.

Each order placed on our website is subject to stock availability. Items placed in the cart will not be reserved for you unless payment is made. Therefore, if another customer selects the same items as you, they may purchase them before you do.

Once the order is placed and the payment is credited to our account, GRACIES will proceed to reserve the products purchased by you. This will ONLY occur if the payment is reflected in GRACIES' account.

When you make your payment on GRACIES' website, you are confirming that the debit/credit card you are using belongs to you or that you have the cardholder's authorization to make the payment.
